i just want to say. i have some guy friends who got married and their wife had a kid. they decided to be stay at home dads. why do people think that its the moms job to do so when a man can do the same thing. if its what he wants. i agree its a persons choice to choose to be stay at home or work. my mom was stay at home and went to school. we still went to daycare and when my brother turned 13 she went back to work theres nothing wrong with it either way!
Exactly! There’s nothing wrong with a dad wanting to stay at home as opposed to going to work, though some people in society sadly look down on him for it, just like there’s nothing wrong with a woman wanting to work.
For the first few years of my life, my mom was at home, but she was working, so my older sister would watch me. When I was maybe three or four and starting school, she went back to work. But she was still around for all the milestones, she didn’t miss any of my recitals or other events.
